How to search Streamyx installer or contractor after registration

From the indicator 'J': For copper line, if the symbol 'tick' in red colour means Jumper setting haven't done; if in green colour means Jumper setting done. For fiber line, if the alphabet 'F' in red colour means Jumper setting haven't done; if in green colour means Jumper setting done. Important: If you found that the status at this link shows 'Pending Cancel', kindly verify with customer that they requested for cancellation or not.
